About Us
Rory Kaye founded after hearing those three words echo in his
mind and heart on the train to Machu Picchu in Peru. Surrounded by
the lush green canopy of the Amazon Rainforest where it intersects the
Andes Mountains, Rory began considering how to better compensate
the awarded yet underpaid indigenous Yanesha farmers of the Pasco
region of Peru. Paradoxically, they produce the best organic coffee in the
world! The answer became ‘Right Trade’ certification and compensation.
Working in the most biodiverse area known to man, these farmers maintain a deep sense of
cultural identity, combining both ancestral knowledge and ‘cutting-edge’ infrared roasting
technology, which have altogether greatly impacted our
